We want you to love your PINKLEMON outfit so if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to make it right! As long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has not been damaged from wearing, please send back to us within 21 days of your original purchase date and we will reach out with any questions or concerns.
Please note: all products purchased on final sale or black friday are not returnable or refund.

Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer.

In order to process returns and exchanges, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us:
The original tag attached
A note stating the reason for the return/exchange
